Cardiovascular technologists use invasive and non-invasive procedures to diagnose and provide therapy in heart disorders. Cardiovascular technologists work directly with the physicians in hospitals and medical centers, clinics, physicians' offices, mobile diagnostic units, sales and training, and education. People who are interested in becoming a Cardiovascular Technician should have a high school diploma or an equivalent. Programs are offered at some community colleges and vocation/technical schools. The average annual salary technologists is $37,880.
